As for us—a group of mid-30s to 40s who might sometimes seem lazy and boring—we're here to guide the next generation of coaches in their 20s. We may talk more than we act at times, but our mission is clear: to impact the next generation of leaders, so they can pass on the values that matter to the younger generation.
